How to set up your company page, branches, campaigns and reporting on Neighbourly

This article explains how to manage your business account on Neighbourly once you have a licence set up.

How do I create and manage my company page?

Your company page can be created and managed from your company dashboard. You will find a link in the 'Get started' section at the top of the page.

How do I set up company branches?

Go to your company dashboard > left navigation menu > Manage company > Manage branches. From here you can set up and manage all your company branches.

What is a campaign?

A campaign is a giving programme organised by your company to achieve a specific impact goal, such as improving food poverty. Impact data can be segmented by campaign in your reporting dashboard.

What is an impact theme?

An impact theme is the goal or objective of a campaign — focusing on addressing a specific problem or supporting a particular sector or area.

How do I find and connect with charities in the locations I'm interested in?

Fill in your campaign activation form in your company dashboard, outlining the types and locations of charities you want to support. The system will populate your campaign with suitable good causes. You can also search for charities manually at neighbourly.com/projects.

How do I invite employees to join company volunteering campaigns?

You will find an employee invite link on your company dashboard. Share this link with employees so they can sign up and be connected to your company account.

How do I set up a company volunteering code?

Go to your left navigation bar > Manage company > Manage volunteering codes. Employees should use this code when signing up for events to connect their activity to your company reports.

How do I see donation history and impact reports?

Access your analytics and impact reports via the link in your left navigation menu on your company dashboard.

Do employees need a risk assessment or volunteering policy?

It is recommended that employees complete a risk assessment before volunteering. Neighbourly can provide a risk assessment template and volunteer policy template clauses during onboarding.
