How to access your grant application and find out if it was successful
This article explains how to track your grant application after submitting it.
How can I access my grant application?
Log in and go to your home dashboard at neighbourly.com/mydashboard > scroll down to the 'Funding' section. You will be able to see all your grant applications and their current status from here.
How will I know if my grant application has been successful?
Neighbourly will notify you about the outcome by email. You can also check the status on your dashboard at any time. If successful, you will be asked to enter your bank details and provide a supporting document before payment is processed.
