This article explains what the Impact Panel shows and how to view or update it.
What is the Impact Panel?
The Impact Panel appears on your good cause page and shows all the support your organisation has received through Neighbourly, including volunteer events, financial donations, surplus products, and the social impact generated. It also shows your top company supporters. If you're new to Neighbourly, the panel will start building as soon as your activity does.
How do I view my Impact Panel?
Log in and go to your dashboard at neighbourly.com/mydashboard > find your good cause page > click View page.
How do I edit what appears on my Impact Panel?
You can update two things:
- Number of people supported weekly: log in > dashboard > click Settings on your page > go to the Impact tab > update your number.
- Types of people supported and focus areas: log in > dashboard > click Settings > Organisation details tab > Categories > make your selections.
Allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear live on your page.
