  1. Set up a Neighbourly page if you haven't already, making sure it includes a detailed summary of your organisation and specifically how you will use B&Q donations.
  2. Your page will require vetting, usually completed within 10 days.
  3. Once you receive an email confirming approval, contact the Neighbourly team and let them know the specific B&Q store you would like to be matched with.
