Do we have to commit to regular collections?
Yes. Successful participation in the surplus programme requires a commitment to a regular collection schedule. Collections should not be missed wherever possible. Consistent missed collections may impact your future schedule eligibility.
How do I add a collection break?
Log in and go to neighbourly.com/mycollectionschedule > scroll down to 'Add a break' > enter your start and end dates. This will pause all of your store collections for that period.
If you need a break for some stores only (but not every store), contact the Neighbourly team directly.
