Troubleshooting: finding charities, messaging and complaints

How to find a charity page, send messages, use the Neighbourly logo, and raise a complaint

This article explains how to find charities on the platform, use the messaging system, and raise a complaint.

How do I find a particular charity's page?

While logged in, go to neighbourly.com/projects and enter the name of the organisation, or click the magnifying glass search icon in the top navigation bar. You can refine your search using the additional filter options.

Can I send private messages on Neighbourly?

Yes. While logged in, view another user's profile and click the 'Message' button. You will receive an email when the user replies. Note: it is not possible to message company leads directly.

Can I use the Neighbourly logo?

The Neighbourly logo can be used by charities, community organisations, schools, and businesses that are on the platform, where the use relates specifically to their Neighbourly programmes. A logo pack can be downloaded from the Neighbourly website.

How do I raise a complaint?

Email the details of your concern or complaint to community@neighbourly.com. A member of the team will pick up your complaint and decide the best course of action.
