What do I need to do after signing up to an event?
If the event only lists a month without a specific date, contact the organiser to agree on a date and time. If the event has a confirmed date and time, review your confirmation email and complete a Risk Assessment in advance if required.
How do I cancel my attendance at an event I've already signed up for?
Log in > go to your home dashboard > scroll to the 'Volunteering' section > click 'View' on the event > click 'Cancel my attendance'.
How do I withdraw an expression of interest I've already sent?
Log in > go to your home dashboard > scroll to the 'Volunteering' section > click the 'Registered interest' tab > find the offer > click 'Remove interest'.
